From structural upgrades and accessibility improvements to detailed execution—like CAD-planned tile layouts with brass inlays and the coordination of a large-scale concierge desk—every step reflected hands-on collaboration and mutual respect. PAC’s engineering expertise and proactive problem-solving paired naturally with Wiklém’s design vision and detailed planning. The team navigated on-site challenges, including unexpected flooding, with transparency and creativity—holding weekly meetings, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and delivering without disruption. The result is a standout lobby that captures the essence of Design+BUILD: aesthetic impact, technical excellence, and a united team that brought a shared vision to life.
